This program is built for experienced insurance and re-insurance professionals who want to lead sustainability transformation and coach teams—such as heads of risk, underwriting leaders, ESG leads, product/innovation managers, and consultants working with insurers.
Do I need to complete the Practitioner or Expert level first?
It’s recommended, but not mandatory. If you already have strong experience in sustainable insurance, climate risk, and ESG integration, you can join directly. Many learners take earlier levels to build a shared foundation before moving to Master/Coach.
What makes this level different from other sustainability courses?
The Master/Coach level is designed for senior impact: advanced modelling, product and market creation, policy and industry influence, and the ability to coach, mentor, and train others—so learning becomes organization-wide capability.
Is the program practical, and will it help with real initiatives?
Yes. The modules are built around real insurance and re-insurance challenges—risk frameworks, product design, partnerships, governance, and implementation. You’ll leave with structures you can apply to live projects, strategy reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Will I learn coaching and mentorship skills as part of the course?
Yes. This level includes coaching and mentorship methods that help you guide sustainability teams, facilitate workshops, give effective feedback, and build communities of practice inside (or across) organizations.
Will I receive a certificate, and how is it used professionally?
Yes. On successful completion, you receive a digital certificate and badge from MASSIVUE Academy. Many professionals use it to demonstrate advanced capability, support leadership roles, and strengthen credibility when advising teams or clients.
